Trade Mart is dedicated to safeguarding the user’s interest in terms of privacy policy.
We request the users to read the privacy policy so that they will understand that how their personal and business information will be treated, as they make full use of our services to their benefit. This policy is applicable only to the entire network of marketplaces operated by IIL and not by any other company.

Collection of Information

When the user registers in the system data is collected from him/her, or in another specific instances when the system asks user to enter personal, business information. During registration the user is asked to enter personal and business information to the system to attain our services. Once the information is entered the user is no longer unknown to us, and it is understood that the user has given the right to IIL to publish his/her information at the market places, business directory, trade leads, catalogs etc.

Promotions that run in the network are sponsored by IIL or other company or are co- sponsored by another company and IIL. When the user is on our network and he/she is asked for personal information you are sharing the information with IIL alone, unless it is specified other wise. Some or all data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor. If the data will be shared, the user will be notified prior to the time of data collection or transfer. You can decide not to participate in the promotion if you don\\\'t want your data to be shared.

We also gather usage features such as pages viewed, number of unique visitors, browser software, screen resolution etc. for analysis that helps us provide you improved user experience and services.

Use of Personal and Business Information

The key aim of Trade Mart in collecting personal and business information is that to provide the user with a personalized experience on our sites. This includes customized services, interactive communications and many other types of services, most of which are completely free. Business information is used to display the user\\\'s business listing or product offerings across our network to fetch maximum business opportunities for the user.

In order to provide services free of charge, IIL displays advertisements based upon the site usage statistics and visitor trends. IIL uses user\\\'s personal & business information to serve targeted advertisements through its websites, newsletters and customized mailers. In addition to it, once the user\\\'s personal and business information is displayed on our network, the user may start receiving business enquiries from various buyers and sellers that might or might not be of their interest. IIL does not exercise any control over its users for sending business enquiries to the listed members.

Sharing of Information

IIL does not disclose user’s personal identifiable information except when IIL has the specific permission or under special circumstances such as when IIL believes in that the law requires it or as permitted in terms of this policy.

Under special conditions when Trade Mart has reason to believe that disclosing personal identifiable information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating IIL\\\'s Terms of Services or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) IIL\\\'s rights or property, other IIL network website users, or if IIL deems it necessary to maintain, service, and improve its products and services.

Distribution of Information

IIL is responsible of sending emails to the user from the prospective client of the user. Only Trade Mart –India or its agents working under confidentiality agreements will be capable of sending these direct mails.

Updation of Information

A user edits his/her own personal information and profile via logging to our website or by emailing to the useradmin@TradeMart-india.com.

Requested changes may take up to 30 days and during that period the user will not be able to access the member’s only area of the network. The remaining area will be under archive records.

Protection of Information

IIL is dedicated in securing the personal and business information of the user , and will not be looking for selling any information to third party, unless and until it is permitted by the user. The information if given to the advertiser or a partner will be in Comprehensive form only and will not include any personally identifiable information about any individual user.

It is requested by the network to the user to sign out of their IIL account and close their browser window once they have finished their work. In order to ensure that others cannot access their personal or business information and correspondence, if the user is accessing the network in public place or he/she is sharing the computer with some other person.

In internet no data transmission guarantees 100% security, as a result while IIL strives for protecting the user’s personal and business information it is up to user that how much he/she will put on view. It is requested to the user to keep in view the fact that as long as the user post the personal and business information online that is accessible to the public zone, the user will get unwanted messages from the parties.

Trade Mart.com is a B2b portal, business service provider that promotes information exchanges among its users. As with any business service, there are important rules and regulations and laws that you should understand and adhere to.
There is no involvement by Trade Mart.com in the actual transaction between the two module buyer/seller .The company has no control over the safety, quality, and legality of the items that are being advertised. The certainty and accuracy of the listing the actual ability of the module that is ability of buyer to buy the item or ability of item to actually sell and so on. It is hereby pointed out that there are risks in dealing with people whom you don’t know and that Trade Mart has no control over such risks, the user is bound to take such risks and the result of taking such risk is phenomenal.
Since we are not in the picture during the transaction between buyer and seller it is requested to release Trade Mart, its agents and employees and affiliates from all refunds or warranties, claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with listings, completed or in completed transactions, or items offered or actually sold.

The user must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this network and to use the Services in accordance with all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of the network (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you). The user You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your business and/or household in using the Services, including without limitation your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number, credit card number(when required), and if you are selling goods, all information about your listed goods, is true and accurate. TradeMart-india.com reserves the right of removing the profiles of people who register with bogus addresses, telephone, and fax information.

Trademart_india.com as a B2B portal offers each of its paid advertisers an option of contacting buyers and sellers listed under various sections of tradeMart-India.com.
1400 inquiries will be maximum inquiries in the period of one year(365 days from the date of hosting of their companies advertisement)an advertiser can send.
These inquiries can be sent by user any time of year within the stipulated time duration.
As a seller on TradeMart-india.com, you agree that users may comment on their experiences with you in the Feedback section of TradeMart-india.com and you release TradeMart-india.com and its users from any liability for any comments.

Trade Lead Ratings

Trade Mart encourages users to rate the companies they do business with on this Ecommerce, e-marketplace. The actual responses (positive or negative) that users receive while transacting with various parties are the trade lead ratings.

Buyers rate sellers on service and product quality. In turn, sellers rate buyers based on ease of transaction, timely payments etc. The following points should be considered when rating a Trade lead.

a) Abuse of trade lead rating system is prohibited, that includes using the user id of another user or your own secondary user ids to raise your own Trade lead rating or lower the rating of another Trade lead member; or the use of threatening, abusive, racially defamatory, discriminatory or profane language. If your language is in any way offensive, the offended user can file legal proceedings against you and you will be held liable for your comment.

b) The company has the right to delete any rating without prior notice and/or at its sole discretion upon an investigation into the rating. The ratings system promotes freedom of expression on TradeMart-india, however we encourage users to rate other users singularly based on their experiences while transacting business. We remove users’ feedback only in exceptional circumstances.

c) Trade Mart may also caution users transacting with buyers and sellers who have been suspended. TradeMart-india reserves the right to suspend and reactivate any user id depending on negative or positive ratings of the particular user.
TradeMart-india may also caution users transacting with buyers/sellers who have been suspended. Once a user is suspended, all live Trade leads of that user will be closed and Trade leads that are loaded shall be deleted as well.

d) If you feel that you have received an unfair rating or you have evidence of any abuse of the rating system, please contact us.

e) TradeMart-india under any circumstances will never be held liable for any Trade lead Rating. You agree not to interfere with TradeMart-india.com market places. You agree not to put any material into TradeMart-india.com systems which contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. You are solely responsible for actions taken under your password, and should not disclose it to anyone else. You cannot use your password for any unauthorized purpose.

Since the verification of users in internet is quite difficult, Trade Mart cannot confirm each user’s identity. OWNERSHIP OF DATA

AGENCY
There is no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship between TradeMart-india.com and any user of the Service.

FALSE INFORMATION
If TradeMart.India.com finds that the information entered by the user in registration or web mail is false the company reserves the right to terminate the user’s account.

LAW SUIT
As mentioned above the terms and conditions and the relationship between the User and TradeMart-india.com Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delhi without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The User and TradeMart-india.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delhi, India

THE AGREEMENT
The User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of TradeMart-india.com Service or these terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action shall arise or be forever barred.
